This sizeable apatite freeform features exceptional, deep ocean blue tones throughout in brecciated patterns with exquisite detail and displays a dazzling, shimmering effect across its surface when turned in good lighting. It is an impressive, hefty piece, weighing in over 270g, and has been nicely shaped to a rounded form and expertly polished, ideal as a weighty palm stone or display piece. There is a minor chip in one side, but this does not detract from its aesthetics. All of our apatite specimens are high quality, natural Madagascan crystals, and not glued and dyed calcite imitations as commonly seen on the market today.
